**Order Lost in Shipment: please file a claim with the carrier used. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it has left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package. ORDERS WILL NOT BE REMAILED UNLESS THERE IS SPECIFIC PROOF ORIGINAL ORDER HAS BEEN LOST, THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENTS FOR DELAYS/SLOW MOCING PACKAGES.
**If damages occur during shipping, please provide photos of packaging and product. Refunds or replacements will be issued AS SOON AS damaged items are RETURNED/RECIEVED to us AND only once it has been determined that product was damaged during shipping.
